Caribbean Cement Company (JSE:CCC), a Kingston-based cement producer, announced the appointment of Parris Lyew-Ayee as chairman of the board and of current General Manager Alejandro Vares as board member, in a filing published by the Jamaica Stock Exchange on 7 October 2016. Specifically, Lyew-Ayee replaced Christopher Dehring, who submitted his resignation. Both appointments, effective since October 5, also include Caribbean Cement Company subsidiaries Jamaica Gypsum and Quarries, Caribbean Gypsum Company and Rockfort Mineral Bath Complex.

Caribbean Cement Company (JSE:CCC), fabricante de cemento con sede en Kingston, ha anunciado la designación de Parris Lyew-Ayee como presidente del directorio y de Alejandro Vares, actual gerente general de la empresa, como director en un hecho relevante publicado por la Jamaica Stock Exchange el 7 de octubre de 2016. En concreto, Lyew-Ayee ha reemplazado a Christopher Dehring, que ha presentado su renuncia. Ambas designaciones, efectivas desde el 5 de octubre, también cuentan para las filiales de la empresa: Jamaica Gypsum and Quarries, Caribbean Gypsum Company and Rockfort Mineral Bath Complex. |
