Also according to the news, Banco Brasil Plural and by law firm Felsberg Advogados were the advisors in this negotiation. The bank will acquire the company, and will appoint the president and directors.

A Camisaria Colombo, com sede São Paulo e que atua no segmento varejista de roupas, fechou um acordo extrajudicial para alongar sua dívida da de aproximadamente BRL 1,5bi, segundo publicou o Estadão em 10 de junho de 2016, citando um sócio do Banco Brasil Plural, Warley Pimentel. De acordo com a publicação, a empresa conseguiu reunir 60% dos seus credores, evitando o pedido de recuperação judificial. Ainda segundo a notícia, a negociação foi realizada com a assessoria do Banco Brasil Plural com escritório de advocacia Felsberg Advogados. O banco vai assumir a companhia, apontando executivos para a presidência e para as diretorias do negócio. |
