CaixaBank has put its real estate company Building Center up for sale, by creating two portfolios: portfolio Port in which the sale was managed by Deloitte, and portfolio Bridge managed by Morgan Stanley. These portfolios are valued at EUR 120m and between EUR 800m and EUR 900m, respectively. In addition, CaixaBank could order the creation of other portfolios. All these transactions are part of the group's strategy to divest its non-strategic assets.

CaixaBank ha puesto a la venta activos de su inmobiliaria Building Center, y lo ha hecho a través de la constitución de dos carteras o lotes: la cartera Port cuyo proceso de venta gestiona Deloitte, y la cartera Bridge, cuyo responsable es Morgan Stanley. Estas carteras tienen un valor de EUR 120m y entre EUR 800m y EUR 900m respectivamente. Además de las carteras que ya están a la venta, CaixaBank podría ordenar la formación de lotes adicionales. Todo ello responde a una estrategia del grupo para desprenderse de activos no estratégicos. |
