Spain-based CaixaBank (BME: CABK) could be preparing the acquisition of a 49% stake in Spain-based Saba Infraestructuras, held by Torreal, ProA Capital and KKR (NYSE: KKR) for approximately EUR 500m, as reported by El Confidencial, based on sources close to the deal, on 29 June 2015. According to the newspaper, the agreement could be practically closed. It should only lack certain clauses included in the initial contract. Torreal, ProA Capital and KKR seek a financial partner since the first quarter of 2015. (see related intel)

La compañía española CaixaBank (BME: CABK) podría estar preparando la adquisición del 49% del accionariado de la también española Saba Infraestructuras a Torreal, ProA Capital y KKR (NYSE: KKR) por un importe cercano a los EUR 500m, según ha comunicado El Confidencial el 29 de junio de 2015. Según el periódico, que se basa en fuentes cercanas a la operación, el acuerdo podría estar prácticamente cerrado a falta de determinadas cláusulas incluidas en el contrato inicial.
