CaixaBanc busca un nuevo comprador para su inmobiliaria tras fracasar su acuerdo con los fondos estadounidenses

Tras la cancelación de la venta de la inmobiliaria de CatalunyaCaixa a los fondos norteamericanos Kennedy Wilson y Värde Partners, la entidad financiera española vuelve a reabrir el proceso de ofertas para buscar un comprador para su división de activos inmobiliarios. El importe de la operación está estimado en EUR 35m. CatalunyaCaixa ha contactado ya con los otros seis inversores que en su momento se interesaron y presentaron oferta por el negocio inmobiliario. Entre los más destacados se encuentran Magic Real Estate, Apollo y Cerberus. |
