La firma de private equity CVC Capital Partners España ha puesto en venta su participación en el accionariado de Grupo Zena, holding a través del cual se opera en España las marcas de restaurantes Foster’s Hollywood, Domino’s Pizza, Cañas y Tapas, La Vaca Argentina, Nostrus, ilTempietto y Burger King. La firma entró en el accionariado de Grupo Zena en el año 2001 en una transacción en la que junto a Inveralia adquirió un 84% del capital social de la empresa. CVC Capital Partners España pretende vender la compañía por un valor cercano a los EUR 250m. |
