Private equity firms Luxembourg-based CVC Capital Partners, France-based PAI Partners and UK-based Permira could carry out an IPO for Spain-based Cortefiel, as published by El Confidencial on 4 January 2016. Permira wants to exit Cortefiel's share capital after going public, while CVC Capital Partners and PAI Partners would wait at least a year before exiting Cortefiel's share capital.

Las firmas de private equity CVC Capital Partners, PAI Partners y Permira, luxemburguesa, francesa y británica respectivamente, podrían sacar a bolsa la empresa española Cortefiel, según ha reportado el periódico El Confidencial el 4 de enero de 2016. Permira querría salir del accionariado de Cortefiel después de la salida a bolsa mientras que CVC Capital Partners y PAI Partners esperarían al menos un año para salir del accionariado de la compañía española. |
