A brasileira CPFL Energia (BVMF:CPFE3), sociedade que se dedica a administrar empresas do setor de energias renováveis, vai estudar a possibilidade de adquirir as distribuidoras que serão privatizadas pela Eletrobras em 2016 (ver Intel relacionado), segundo publicou o Valor no dia 01 de dezembro de 2015, citando o presidente da companhia Wilson Ferreira Junior. Segundo a notícia, "Distribuição é um negócio de escala e geografia. Vamos avaliar se alguma das distribuidoras poderá aumentar a escala de nossas operações e agregar valor", afirmou Wilson Ferreira. Para decidir investir em alguma das concessionárias, a CPFL Energia precisará encontrar uma capacidade de operar os ativos de forma mais eficiente. |
