The plan is: group Arfei, owner of 60% of the capital, and Gávea Investimentos with 32%, would sell their stakes to an investment fund or a company in the sector. Bank BTG Pactual was hired as adviser for the shareholders in this deal, and has already started to look for potential buyers.

O plano é que o grupo Arfei, dono de cerca de 60% da companhia, e a gestora Gávea Investimentos que tem 32% do negócio, vendam suas participações para um fundo de investimento ou uma empresa do setor. O banco BTG Pactual foi contratado para assessorar os acionistas nessa operação e já começou a procurar potenciais interessados. |
