British United Provident Association (BUPA) (LSE:BUPF), a UK-based insurance company, plans to launch operations in Argentina and Colombia, as well as in Caribbean countries, reported Xinhua on 28 September 2016, citing Bupa Global Managing Director in Panama Ricardo Arango. Specifically, the company is considering the possibility of launching operations in Argentina and Colombia, aiming to have a presence in the region's main markets. Moreover, Arango noted the multinational already has operations in Guatemala and Panama and added it does not discard the possibility of launching operations in other countries of the Caribbean, following the strategy of first entering a region's main markets.

British United Provident Association (BUPA) (LSE: BUPF) empresa británica de seguros, planea su desembarco en Argentina y Colombia, así como en otros países del Caribe, según ha informado Xinhua el 28 de septiembre de 2016, citando al gerente general de Bupa Global en Panamá, Ricardo Arango. En concreto, la empresa ve la posibilidad de entrar a Argentina y Colombia, con la idea de tener presencia en los principales mercados de la región. Además, Arango ha señalado que la multinacional ya tiene operaciones en Guatemala y Panamá y que no se descarta la posibilidad de operar en otros países del área, al seguir las estrategia de entrar primero en los principales mercados. |
