Brookfield Asset Management (TSX:BAM.A, NYSE:BAM, Euronext Amsterdam:BAMA), a Toronto, Canada-based investment fund, is said to have failed to reach an economic agreement with Spain-based Isolux Corsán for the acquisition of its transmission lines in Brazil, reported Expansión on 5 October 2016. According to the report, Isolux, engaged in the construction, environment, concessions, energy, and industrial services sectors, may be considering withdrawing the transmission lines from the market following the difficulties encountered to reach an agreement with Brookfield, with which it has been negotiating since June (see related intel).

Según lo publicado, Isolux, empresa de los sectores de construcción, medio ambiente, concesiones, energía y servicios industriales, estaría considerando retirar las líneas de transmisión del mercado tras las dificultades para lograr un acuerdo con Brookfield, con el que está en negociaciones exclusivas desde junio (ver intel relacionado). |
