Brazil's National Congress approved the Provisional Measure 735, which facilitates privatization in the electricity sector, reported Reuters on October 19, 2016. According to the report, the PM 735, facilitates privatization and changes rules of the electricity segment. The provisional measure also reduces paperwork auctions and the Union's costs with subsidies for industry dealers. The PM had already been passed by the House of Representatives, now goes to the interim President Michel Temer evaluation.

O Senado Federal brasileiro aprovou a Medida Provisória 735 que facilita privatizações no setor elétrico, segundo publicou a Reuters no dia 19 de outubro de 2016. Segundo a notícia, a MP 735, facilita privatizações e altera regras do setor elétrico. A medida provisória também reduz a burocracia de leilões e os custos da União com subsídios para concessionárias do setor. A MP já havia sido aprovada pela Câmara dos Deputados, e agora vai à sanção do Presidente Michel Temer. |
