O Governo Federal está disposto a aumentar a taxa de retorno de concessões para atrair investidores para os leilões da área de logística, segundo publicou a Exame no dia 07 de junho de 2016, citando o Ministro dos Transportes, Portos e Aviação Civil, Maurício Quintella.

Segundo a notícia, um pacote de medidas será definido para impulsionar o investimento no país. A primeira reunião para tratar do tema acontecerá em 15 ou 20 dias, onde será pensado um novo desenho para os leilões. Além de prometer mais retorno sobre o investimento, o governo vai promover mudanças regulatórias e jurídicas.
