BlueBay, a Spain-based hotel chain, announced its international expansion plan, reported Cinco Días on 11 August 2016, citing BlueBay President Jamal Satli Iglesias. Specifically, the company plans to go from 42 establishments to 60 in the next four-year period and estimates its arrival in Turkey, Egypt, Oman, Algeria, as well as Brazil and Colombia. This international expansion is made in partnership with Le Royal Hotels & Resorts, a Lebanon-based hotel chain present in Europe and the Middle East, with which BlueBay finalized a merger process April 2016 (see related transaction).

BlueBay, cadena hotelera con sede en España, ha anunciado su plan de expansión internacional, según ha informado Cinco Días el 11 de agosto de 2016, citando al presidente de BlueBay, Jamal Satli Iglesias. En concreto, la empresa prevé pasar de 42 establecimientos a 60 en los próximos cuatro años y estima su desembarco en Turquía, Egipto, Omán, Argelia, así como en Brasil y Colombia. Esta expansión internacional se hace de la mano con Le Royal Hotels & Resorts, cadena hotelera con implantación en Europa y Oriente Medio, con la que en abril de 2016 ha realizado una fusión (ver transacción relacionada). |
