Logicor, a logistics subsidiary of US-based investment fund Blackstone (NYSE:BX), could be finalizing the acquisition of logistics assets of El Corte Inglés for EUR 200m to EUR 300m, reported El Economista on 8 March 2017, citing sector sources. The portfolio is comprised of over 740,000 m2, distributed in 37 platforms and logistic floors across the country. The transaction, structured as a sale & leaseback deal, will allow El Corte Inglés to remain as tenant of these assets for a certain period of time. The sale is part of El Corte Inglés's strategy to reduce its stagnation by divesting in non-strategic assets.

Logicor, filial logística del fondo de inversión estadounidense Blackstone (NYSE: BX), estaría ultimando la adquisición de activos logísticos de El Corte Inglés por entre EUR 200m y EUR 300m, según ha informado El Economista el 8 de marzo de 2017, citando a fuentes del sector. Se trata de un portfolio que suma más de 740.000 m2 distribuidos en 37 plataformas y suelos logísticos por todo el país. La operación, estructurada como un sale & lease back, permitirá al Corte Inglés quedarse como inquilino de estos activos durante un periodo de tiempo determinado. Esta venta se enmarca en la estrategia de El Corte Inglés para reducir su estancamiento desinvirtiendo en activos no estratégicos. |
