Besalco, a Chile-based construction and real estate company, began a diversification strategy that includes its arrival in Colombia and consolidation in Peru, reported La Tercera on 9 August, 2015. In Colombia, Besalco will develop a housing project. It is the second country where the company will operate outside of Chile. The Chile-based company will also consolidate its operations in Peru with new projects, such as the construction of its first strip mall, as well as the foray into new sectors, such as participating in mining tenders.

Besalco, empresa constructora e inmobiliaria con sede en Chile, ha comenzado una estrategia de diversificación que incluye su desembarco en Colombia y su afianzamiento en Perú, según ha publicado el diario La Tercera el 9 de agosto de 2015. Besalco desarrollará en Colombia un proyecto de viviendas. Este es el segundo país donde operará la constructora fuera de sus fronteras chilenas. La compañía chilena también se afianzará en Perú con nuevos proyectos como la construcción de su primer strip center y se sumerge en objetivos totalmente novedosos como la participación en licitaciones para el sector de la minería. |
