Grupo Financiero Banorte (BMV:GFNORTE), a Mexico-based financial institution, and Fomento Económico Mexicano (Femsa) (BMV:FEMSA), a Monterrey, Mexico-based beverage distributor, signed a strategic alliance to offer banking services in Cadena Comercial Oxxo, reported Reuters on 25 September2016, citing a press release issued by the companies. Specifically, the partnership will allow Banorte customers to make deposits and card payments in more than 14,000 Oxxo stores in Mexico. The companies did not report the financial terms of the partnership.

Grupo Financiero Banorte (BMV:GFNORTE), entidad financiera con sede en México, y Fomento Económico Mexicano (Femsa) (BMV:FEMSA), distribuidor de bebidas con sede en Monterrey, México, han firmado una alianza estratégica para ofrecer servicios bancarios en la Cadena Comercial Oxxo, según ha informado Reuters el 25 de septiembre de 2016, citando un comunicado de prensa de las empresas. En concreto, la alianza permitirá que los clientes de Banorte realicen depósitos y pagos de tarjetas en las más de 14.000 tiendas Oxxo en México. Las empresas no han divulgado los términos financieros de la alianza. |
