The Brazilian court ruled a new real estate auction of the bankrupt Banco BVA, a financial entity based in Sao Paulo, reported Valor Econômico on 15 February 2017.

According to the news, 34 lots will be sold, for a total amount of BRL 129m. The auction will be held between 13 and 15 March 2017.

The properties that do not reach the minimum value of evaluation will return to auction in April 2017 with a 50% discount. The funds raised will be used to pay off debts with the bank's creditors, who went bankrupt in September 2014.

A Justiça determinou um novo leilão de imóveis da massa falida do Banco BVA, entidade financeira com sede em São Paulo, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico no dia 15 de fevereiro de 2017.

Segundo a notícia, serão colocados à venda 34 lotes, no valor total de BRL 129m. O leilão será realizado entre os dias 13 e 15 de março de 2017.

OS imóveis que não atingirem o valor mínimo de avaliação voltarão a leilão em abril de 2017 com 50% de desconto. Os recursos arrecadados serão usados para quitar dívidas com os credores do banco, que teve a falência decretada em setembro de 2014.
