Spain-based Bankia (BME: BKIA) could start receiving non-binding offers to acquire its real estate portfolio, through its advisor Credit Suisse (SIX: CSGN; NYSE: CS), as reported by newspaper El Confidencial in an article published on 16 June 2015 based on sources close to the company. Among the possible buyers are US-based Oaktree Capital Management, Cerberus Capital Management, Apollo Global (NYSE: APO) and TPG Capital. Market sources indicate the deal value could be som EUR 2.5bn, which would represent a 40% discount compared with the initially announced EUR 4.8bn. (see related intel)

La entidad bancaria Española Bankia (BME: BKIA) podría comenzar a recibir ofertas no vinculantes por su cartera inmobiliaria a través de su banco asesor Credit Suisse (SIX: CSGN; NYSE: CS) , según ha publicado El Confidencial en un artículo del 16 de junio de 2015 basado en fuentes cercanas a la compañía. Entre los posibles compradores interesados destacan los fondos estadounidenses Oaktree Capital Management, Cerberus Capital Management, Apollo Global Management (NYSE: APO) y TPG Capital.
