Those who were shareholders of Banif on 25 January 2013, immediately prior to Government's acquisition of the bank, may acquire some of the shares held by the Government. They have time period for this: between 3 and 16 July 2014. "First period to exercise acquisition rights over shares held by the Portuguese Government, by those who were shareholders on 25 January 2013". This is the name of the process that will begin this week. Since Government's entrance in Banif's share capital, injecting EUR 1100m, (partly through subscription of 70.000.000 special shares equivalent to the bank's share capital), it is known that 25 January 2013's shareholders could acquire a shares every year.

Aqueles que eram accionistas do Banif a 25 de Janeiro de 2013, imediatamente antes da entrada do Estado no capital do banco, podem vir a adquirir algumas das acções do Estado. Têm um prazo para isso: entre 3 e 16 de Julho de 2014. "Primeiro período de exercício da faculdade de aquisição de acções ao Estado português, pelos accionistas a 25 de Janeiro de 2013". É assim que se chama o processo que se iniciará esta semana. Desde que o Estado entrou no capital do Banif, injectando EUR 1100m, uma parte através da subscrição de 70.000.000 acções especiais representativas do capital do banco, que se sabe que os accionistas a 25 de Janeiro de 2013 poderiam vir, todos os anos, a comprar uma parte da posição estatal. |
