O Banco do Brasil (BVMF:BBAS3), entidade financeira brasileira, registrou um lucro liquido contábil de BRL 14,4bi em 2015, o que representa um crescimento de 28% em comparação com o mesmo período de 2014, segundo publicou a empresa em comunicado no dia 25 de fevereiro de 2016.

No quarto trimestre de 2015, o Banco do Brasil registrou lucro líquido de BRL 2,64bi, um recuo de 12,3% em relação ao mesmo período de 2014. A carteira de crédito ampliada do banco, que inclui avais e fianças, cresceu 1% ante setembro, encerrando o ano em BRL 814bi. No acumulado 12 meses, a expansão foi de 6,9%.
