Banco de Portugal (BdP) announced resuming sale of a stake in Novo Banco held by Fundo de Resolução, as published by newspaper Económico on 18 January 2016. According to the news, the process details were not disclosed, but it is knows the financial advisory team will reinforced, eventually replacing BNP Paribas and TC Capital, which were present during the first attempt to sell the bank headed by Eduardo Stock da Cunha. O Banco de Portugal (BdP) anunciou que vai retomar o processo de venda da participação do Fundo de Resolução no Novo Banco, segundo publicou o Económico em 18 de janeiro de 2016. De acordo com a notícia, os moldes do processo ainda não são conhecidos, mas é certo que a equipa de assessores financeiros será reforçada, eventualmente com a substituição do BNP Paribas e do TC Capital, que apoiaram a primeira tentativa de venda do banco liderado por Eduardo Stock da Cunha. Ainda de acordo com a publicação, o Banco de Portugal (BdP) informou que vai reforçar a equipa de assessores financeiros. A instituição financeira abriu o período de apresentação de propostas para a prestação de serviços financeiros. |
