Banco de Portugal (BdP) announced the terms of the new sale process of the stake held by Fundo de Resolução in Novo Banco, a bank created in August 2014 as a result of an intervention by Banco de Portugal on Banco Espírito Santo (BES), as published by newspaper Oje on 1 April 2016. According to the news, direct sale is one of the possibilities, and the sale through the Stock Exchange market is another one. It will all depend on investors. O Banco de Portugal (BdP) tornou públicos os termos do novo procedimento de venda da participação detida pelo Fundo de Resolução no Novo Banco, banco de transição criado pelo Banco de Portugal em agosto de 2014 como consequência de uma intervenção ao Banco Espírito Santo (BES), segundo publicou o Oje em 1º de abril de 2016. De acordo com a notícia, a venda direta é uma hipótese, o procedimento de venda em mercado é outra hipótese. Tudo dependerá do interesse dos investidores. Também não foi descartar a nacionalização.
