| Banco de Chile (BCS:CHILE), a Santiago, Chile-based bank, announced the appointment of Jane Fraser as vice-president of the board and board member in a filing published by Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 25 June, 2015. Fraser will replace Francisco Aristiguieta in both positions until the next ordinary shareholders’ assembly. Aristiguieta submitted his resignation on 25 June.

Fraser reemplazará a Francisco Aristiguieta en ambos cargos hasta la próxima junta ordinaria de accionistas. Aristiguieta presentó su renuncia el 25 de junio. |
