La entidad bancaria española Banco Santander (BME: SAN) podría estar en negociaciones para incrementar su participación en Metrovacesa, según ha comunicado el diario Expansión el 23 de julio de 2015. En concreto, Banco Santander podría estar negociando la adquisición del 13,8% que Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB) mantiene en la compañía, además de los EUR 300m de deuda que tiene el banco catalán con la inmobiliaria. Según el rotativo, el precio por acción en la compra de la participación ascendería a EUR 1,146, a lo que posteriormente habría que sumar el importe que se pague por la deuda. |
