Banco Santander Chile, a Santiago-based financial entity, announced the appointment of Andreu Plaza and Ana Dorrego as board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 16 March, 2016. Plaza and Dorrego will replace Víctor Arbulú, who submitted his resignation on the same date, and Lisandro Serrano, who resigned in October 2015 (see related intel). Moreover, the board appointed Mauricio Larraín as member of the directors and audit committee, replacing Arbulú.

Banco Santander Chile, entidad financiera con sede en Santiago, ha anunciado la designación de Andreu Plaza y Ana Dorrego como directores titulares en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 16 de marzo de 2016. Plaza y Dorrego reemplazarán a Víctor Arbulú, que ha presentado su renuncia en esa misma fecha, y a Lisandro Serrano, que ha renunciado en octubre de 2015 (ver intel relacionado). Además, el directorio ha designado a Mauricio Larraín como miembro del comité de directores y auditoría, en reemplazo de Arbulú. |
