Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB), a Spain-based bank, registered a 90.6% increase in its net profit in 2015, as reported by the company through a relevant fact submitted to the Securities Commission CNMV on 29 January 2016.

The results are a consequence of a merger with British bank TSB, included the bank's financial statements. If the British bank was not included, Banco Sabadelll would register a 57.8% profit increase.

Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB), entidad bancaria española, ha incrementado su beneficio neto en el año 2015 en un 90,6%, según ha anunciado la compañía en un informe remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 29 de enero de 2016.

Los resultados son consecuencia de la integración del banco británico TSB en las cuentas del grupo. Si no se tuviese en cuenta a esta entidad británica el crecimiento del beneficio neto de Banco Sabadell sería del 57,8%.
