Banco Popular (BME: POP), entidad financiera española, ha nombrado a Emilio Saracho Rodríguez de Torres presidente del Consejo de Administración, según ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 1 de diciembre de 2016. En concreto, Emilio Saracho Rodríguez de Torres reemplazará en su cargo a Ángel Ron. Una vez aceptada la designación por Emilio Saracho Rodríguez de Torres y adoptado el acuerdo, se estima que este proceso concluya en el primer trimestre de 2017. |
