Banco Internacional, a Santiago, Chile-based financial entity, announced the appointment of new board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 19 April, 2016. The new board members are Carlos Brito, Andrés Navarro and Guillermo Larrain. The remaining board members retain their positions: James Callahan, Andrés Solari, Francisco Vial, Pablo Ihnen, Juan Antonio Minassian, and Fernando Lefort. Banco Internacional, entidad financiera con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la designación de nuevos directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 19 de abril de 2016. Los nuevos directores son Carlos Brito, Andrés Navarro y Guillermo Larrain. Permanecen en el directorio James Callahan, Andrés Solari, Francisco Vial, Pablo Ihnen, Juan Antonio Minassian y Fernando Lefort. El directorio tendrá una vigencia de tres años. Además, Callahan permanece como presidente del directorio y Solari, como vicepresidente. |
