Banco Internacional, a Santiago, Chile-based financial entity, announced the resignation of three board members and the appointment of the president and vice-president of the board in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 30 October, 2015.

The bank announced the resignation of board members Alfonso Peró, Christian Samsing, and Félix Antolín. Their respective replacements are Fernando Lefort, Pablo Ihnen, and Franciso Vial.

The board also appointed James Callahan as president and Andrés Solari as vice-president.

Banco Internacional, entidad financiera con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha comunicado la renuncia de tres directores y la designación del presidente y vicepresidente del directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 30 de octubre de 2015.

El banco ha comunicado la renuncia de los directores Alfonso Peró, Christian Samsing y Félix Antolín. Sus respectivos reemplazantes son Fernando Lefort, Pablo Ihnen y Franciso Vial.

El directorio también ha designado a James Callahan como presidente y Andrés Solari como vicepresidente.
