O Banco Banestes (BVMF:BEES3; BEES4), instituição financeira com sede em São Paulo, e a Icatu Seguros, empresa de seguros com sede no Rio de Janeiro,anunciam uma parceria estratégica, segundo publicou o Banestes em comunicado no dia 14 de junho de 2016. A referida parceria prevê exclusividade de comercialização dos produtos de capitalização e previdência da Icatu Seguros nos canais de venda do Banestes, pelo prazo de 20 anos. O processo de identificação dos parceiros, com vistas à seleção da proposta mais vantajosa para o Banestes, foi coordenado pelo Banco Brasil Plural que atuou com assessor da operação. |
