BTG Pactual Chile Administradora General de Fondos, a Santiago, Chile-based financial advisor and stockbroker, announced the appointment of Hernán Lander as CEO in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 31 August 2016. Starting 1 September, Lander will replace Carlos Saieh Larronde, who submitted his resignation. Saieh was appointed to the position in February (see related intel). Lander, in turn, resigned as a board member in the company.

BTG Pactual Chile Administradora General de Fondos, asesor financiero y corredor de bolsa con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado la designación de Hernán Lander como gerente general en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 31 de agosto de 2016. A partir del 1 de septiembre, Lander reemplazará a Carlos Saieh Larronde, que ha presentado su renuncia. Saieh ha sido designado al cargo en febrero (ver intel relacionado). Lander, a su vez, ha renunciado como director de la empresa. |
