Banco Sabadell, based in Spain, opened a new investment process for startups through its fund BStartup 10, aiming to invest EUR 0.5m in five projects, EUR 0.1m in each one, as announced in Banco Sabadell's website and published in Valenciaplaza.com on 27 May 2015. This amount will be distributed in direct investment (EUR 70,000) and in development and international expansion support (EUR 30,000). Banco Sabadell would retain a 5% to 10% stake in the company's share capital. The registration period ends on 21 June 2015. The five selected projects will be announced in October 2015.

Banco Sabadell, con sede en España, ha abierto un nuevo proceso de inversión en empresas de nueva creación a través de su fondo BSartup 10, con el que tiene previsto aportar EUR 0,5m en un total de cinco proyectos, EUR 0,1m a cada una de ellas, según ha informado en su web Banco Sabadell y ha publicado Valenciaplaza.com el 27 de mayo de 2015. Dicha cantidad será distribuido tanto en inversión directa (EUR 70.000) como en apoyo para su desarrollo e internacionalización (EUR 30.000), tomando Banco Sabadell una participación de entre el 5% y el 10% del capital social. El plazo de inscripción finaliza el 21 de junio de 2015, siendo la fecha de comunicación de los cinco proyectos elegidos en octubre de 2015. |
