BST Asset Management, an Argentina-based investment fund manager, appointed Flavio Simonotto as president and Carlos Federico Diez as managing director, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional de Valores on 29 July 2016. Both appointees replace José Alberto Schuster, who submitted his resignation. Additionally, Andrés Pedro Peralta will take office as vice-president and Marcelo Eduardo Sánchez as managing director of the company.

BST Asset Management, empresa argentina dedicada a la administración de fondos de inversión, ha nombrado a Flavio Simonotto nuevo presidente de la compañía, y a Carlos Federico Diez nuevo director general, según ha informado ésta en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional de Valores de Argentina el 29 de julio de 2016. Ambos han sustituido en los cargos a José Alberto Schuster, tras haber anunciado éste su renuncia. Asimismo, Andrés Pedro Peralta ocupará el cargo de vicepresidente y Marcelo Eduardo Sánchez será también director general de BST Asset Management. |
