BRF (BVMF: BRFS3), a food industry based in the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, signed a partnership with China-based Cofco Meat, reported the company in a press release issued 18 October, 2016. According to the statement, the companies signed a memorandum, and the parties agreed to make their best efforts to actively seek strategies to strengthen the cooperation between them. BRF also announced that its subsidiary, BRF GmbH, will buy USD 20m in Cofco Meat stakes, at the capital opening on the Hong Kong stock, scheduled for 1 November 2016. This transaction is part of the strategic plan to globalize BRF and expanding its product portfolio around the world.

A BRF (BVMF:BRFS3), empresa com sede em Santa Catarina que atua no setor alimentício, firma parceria com a chinesa Cofco Meat, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 18 de Outubro de 2016. Segundo o comunicado as empresas, celebraram um memorando com o qual as partes se comprometeram a envidar os seus melhores esforços para buscar ativamente meios de reforçar a cooperação estratégica entre elas. A BRF, anunciou ainda, que sua subsidiária BRF GmbH vai comprar USD 20m em ações da chinesa Cofco Meat no dia de abertura de capital desta empresa na bolsa de Hong Kong, previsto para 1º de novembro de 2016. Essa operação faz parte do plano estratégico de globalizar a BRF, acessando mercados locais e expandindo seu portfólio de produtos ao redor do mundo. |
