O Banco de Portugal (BdP) convidou o BNP Paribas Corporate Finance a apresentar uma proposta para ser o assessor financeiro do processo de alienação do Novo Banco, que ficou com os activos não tóxicos do antigo Banco Espírito Santo. O objectivo desta operação é maximizar o valor da transação, ou seja, a venda do Novo Banco, e a mesma seguirá as melhores práticas internacionais, sem afectar a normal actividade da instituição, reforçou a entidade vendedora. |
