BNDES, through its investment subsidiary BNDESPar, plans to create new funds, in which the bank will subscribe between BRL 500m and BRL 600m, divided in five funds, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 25 April 2016, citing BNDESPar's venture capital director, Leonardo Pereira. According to the news, these five funds will focus on investments in companies tied to infrastructure, sustainability and innovation. BNDES intends to increase capital markets, boost innovation and infrastructure projects, through investments made by seed capital, venture capital and private equity funds.

O BNDES, através de seu braço de investimentos BNDESPar, pretender criar novos fundos onde o banco subscreverá entre BRL 500m e BRL 600m repartidos em cinco fundos, segundo publicou o Valor Econômico no dia 25 de abril de 2016, citando ao chefe da área de capital empreendedor da BNDESPar, Leonardo Pereira. Segundo a notícia o foco dos cinco novos fundos que serão criados é investir em empresas que atuam no setor da infraestrutura, sustentabilidade e inovação. O BNDES procura uma evolução no mercado de capitais, impulsar a inovação e os empreendimentos de infraestrutura, por meio dos aportes de capital realizados pelos fundos de capital semente, venture capital e private equity. |
