Banco Internacional de Costa Rica (BICSA), a Panama City-based financial institution, announced the appointment of Víctor Ramírez Zamora and Bernardo Alfaro Araya as board members in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores on 23 August 2016. Additionally, Ramírez was appointed first vice-president of the board. The appointments were made in a shareholders' assembly held on 22 August.

Banco Internacional de Costa Rica (BICSA), entidad financiera con sede en la Ciudad de Panamá, ha anunciado la designación de Víctor Ramírez Zamora y Bernardo Alfaro Araya como directores en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores de Panamá el 23 de agosto de 2016. Adicionalmente, Ramírez ha sido designado como primer vicepresidente del directorio. Las designaciones se han hecho en la asamblea de accionistas del 22 de agosto. |
