O banco BIC Angola está a analisar a aquisição de um banco comercial em Cabo Verde, com o objectivo de criar uma plataforma africana para a concretização de investimentos e operações no exterior, bem como de coordenar a oferta de produtos e serviços com as operações do BIC nos diversos mercados e jurisdições onde actua (Angola e Portugal). A intenção ficou expressa numa conferência de imprensa em que estiveram presentes o presidente do Conselho de Administração do BIC Angola e BIC Portugal, Fernando Teles, o presidente da Comissão Executiva do BIC Portugal, Mira Amaral, e o administrador do BIC Portugal, Jaime Pereira. |
