Azul, a Brazil-based airline company, hired investment banks to launch its initial public offering in February 2017, reported Estadão on 6 December 2016. Azul's creditors are in the list of agents, which also includes Citi, JP Morgan, Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA, Santander and Banco do Brasil. Azul may filed for the IPO at the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) later this week. The company plans to have shares in BM&FBovespa and in New York Stock Exchange.

A Azul, companhia aérea brasileira, contratou os bancos de investimento que vão estruturar a sua oferta inicial de ações que provavelmente acontecerá em fevereiro de 2017, de acordo com notícia publicada pelo Estadão em 6 de dezembro de 2016. A lista de instituições financeiras é extensa, visto que os credores brasileiros da Azul estão entre os mandatários. Além de Citi e JP Morgan, devem estar Bradesco BBI, Itaú BBA, Santander e Banco do Brasil. A Azul poderá fazer o pedido de registro de oferta pública na Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) ainda essa semana. A empresa planeja dupla listagem, ou seja, ter ações na BM&FBovespa e na bolsa de Nova York. |
