Axia Real Estate (Axiare) (BME: AXIA), a Spanish real estate company, succeeded in reaching a loan agreement with Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB) for its investment plan in acquisitions, as reported by the company through a relevant fact published by Securities Commission CNMV on 23 December 2015. The deal value was approximately EUR 40m, for a ten-year period and the guarantee of the last three office buildings acquired by the company. It is estimated the funds will be used to finance 89% of its office portfolio and are for new property acquisitions in the main financial districts of Madrid and Barcelona. Axiare focus its activities in office spaces, logistics platforms and commercial centers.

La inmobiliaria española Axia Real Estate (Axiare) (BME: AXIA), ha logrado un acuerdo de financiación con el Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB) para avanzar en su plan de inversión de adquisiciones, según lo ha informado la compañía en un hecho relevante enviado a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores el 23 de diciembre de 2015. El acuerdo se ha cerrado por un valor aproximado a los EUR 40m, pactado a diez años y garantizados por los tres últimos inmuebles de oficinas adquiridos por la compañía. Se prevé que con los fondos de esta operación se logre financiar el 89% de su cartera de oficinas y se destinen a nuevas adquisiciones de inmuebles en los principales distritos financieros de Madrid y Barcelona. Axiare centra su actividad en el segmento de oficinas, plataformas logísticas y superficies comerciales. |
