Spain-based REIT Axiare is considering the acquisition of real estate assets in Spain worth EUR 1.46bn. Its priority is to close all the agreements on the table, worth EUR 125m, said company's CEO Guillermo Fernández-Cuesta, and published by newspaper Cinco Días on 29 May 2015. Currently, Axiare is undergoing a capital increase, announced a few months back (see related intel), which should be closed in the next few weeks, and used in future acquisitions. The company is controlled by several foreign funds, such as Perry Partners, with 20% of the capital, T. Rower Price, Taube Hodson Stonex and Citigroup, each with some 10% of the capital.

La SOCIMI española Axiare (BME: AXIA) está estudiando la compra de activos inmobiliarios en España por valor de EUR 1.460m. Su prioridad ahora mismo es cerrar todos los acuerdos que disponen, que suman EUR 125m, según ha explicado su director general adjunto, Guillermo Fernández-Cuesta, y ha publicado el diario Cinco Días el 29 de mayo de 2015. Actualmente, Axiare se encuentra en un proceso de ampliación de capital, anuncida hace pocos meses (ver Intel relacionado), que tiene previsto cerrarse en las próximas semanas y con la que realizará nuevas compras. Esta sociedad está controlada accionarialmente por varios fondos extranjeros, como Perry Partners, con el 20% del capital, T. Rower Price, Taube Hodson Stonex y Citigroup, cada uno con una participación cercana al 10%. |
