Axia Real Estate (Axiare) (BME: AXIA) analyzed the possibility of acquiring real estate assets worth EUR 500m, included in the portfolio of properties it has been studying, which is valued at EUR 1.8bn, as published by Europa Press on 26 February 2016. Within the portfolio of assets under analysis by Axiare, 84% correspond to office buildings, 10% to logistics centers, and 6% to commercial spaces. The possible acquisitions would be an addition to Axiare's current portfolio, which at the end of 2015 were valued at EUR 859m.

Axia Real Estate (Axiare) (BME: AXIA) analiza la eventual adquisición de activos inmobiliarios por un valor de unos EUR 500m, de entre la cartera total de inmuebles que tiene en estudio, valorada en unos EUR 1.800m segun ha publicado la agencia Europa Press el 26 de febrero de 2016. El 84% de los activos que Axiare sopesa adquirir son edificios de oficinas, otro 10% complejos logísticos y el 6% restante, comerciales. Estas posibles adquisiciones se sumarían a la actual cartera de activos de Axiare, que a cierre de 2015 presentaba un valor, según una tasación independiente, de EUR 859m. |
