Autopistas de Antofagasta, the concession holder of Chile's Antofagasta highway, announced the appointment of Antonino Castellucci as board member and Francisco Soublette de Saint Luc as alternate board member in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 2 November 2016.

Specifically, Castellucci is replacing Soublette as board member, while the latter is replacing as alternate Roberto Frick del Villar, who submitted his resignation.

The changes were made during a 26 October board meeting.

Autopistas de Antofagasta, empresa concesionaria de la autopista Antofagasta, Chile, ha anunciado la designación de Antonino Castellucci como director titular y de Francisco Soublette de Saint Luc como director suplente en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 2 de noviembre de 2016.

En concreto, Castellucci reemplaza a Soublette como director titular, mientras que este último reemplaza como suplente a Roberto Frick del Villar, que ha presentado su renuncia.

Los cambios han ocurrido en la sesión del directorio del 26 de octubre.
