Autarca de Gaia propõe compra de maioria do capital da Lusa

O presidente da Câmara de Gaia anunciou que vai propor à Associação Nacional de Municípios Portugueses a negociação com o governo para a compra de acções da agência Lusa, na qual quer garantir uma posição maioritária. A agência Lusa, cujo capital social é de EUR 5,33m, é actualmente detida em 50,14% pelo Estado português, estando o restante entregue a privados, entre os quais se destacam, pela dimensão da sua participação, a Controlinveste Media (com 23,36% do capital) e a Impresa (com 22,35%). |
