A Aurora Alimentos pretende ampliar sua participação no segmento de carne de frango nos próximos anos possivelmente por meio da construção de um novo frigorífico, estuda também duplicar sua produção de lácteos até 2020. A empresa pretende dobrar sua receita para BRL 15bi até 2020, publicou o Valor Econômico em 30 de julho citando ao presidente da empresa, Mário Lanznaster. Segundo o Executivo "O mercado de frango está muito dinâmico e vai crescer. Se a Aurora não se candidata, fica para trás.", ele também acrescenta que todo os bons ativos de abatedouros de frango no país foram comprados pela JBS Foods nos últimos dois anos. Já em relação ao segmento lácteo, ele comenta, "não é muito promissor, mas é para atender a necessidade do produtor". |
