Atlas espera hacerse con el 85% de Suávitas

Atlas S.C.E.F.I. ha convocado la junta de accionistas de Suávitas para el día 19 ó 20 de agosto para plantear una operación acordeón que incluye realizar una ampliación de capital de EUR 4m, la mayoría con la conversión de deuda en acciones. De esta manera, la empresa convertiría la deuda que asumió cuando integró sus centros de Depilité y Valsemédica en acciones para evitar la causa de disolución. Atlas S.C.E.F.I. controla cerca del 49% de Suávitas y quiere alcanzar el 85% del capital de la empresa, que cotiza en el MAB. |
