Atitlán Capital is negotiating the acquisition of new shares of Hospitales Nisa to attain a controlling share on the hospital chain, as published by newspaper El Mundo on 30 March 2016, citing its president, Roberto Centeno. Although, Atitlán Capital, an investment firm, acquired a 6% stake in Hospitales Nisa, on 30 January 2016, Roberto Centeno said the company is in contact with larges investors as well as with minority shareholders to acquire a significant number of shares.

Atitlán Capital está negociando la compra de nuevas acciones de Hospitales Nisa para hacerse con el control de su red hospitalaria, según ha publicado el diario El Mundo el 30 de marzo de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de Roberto Centeno, presidente de Atitlán Capital. Aunque la empresa española de inversión se hizo con una participación del 6% del accionariado de Hospitales Nisa el 30 de enero de 2016, Roberto Centeno ha asegurado que la compañía está en contacto tanto con los grandes inversores como con los minoritarios para adquirir un paquete importante de acciones. |
