Several Asian funds have shown interest in acquiring complex Ciudad Ros Casares, also known as Ciudad Gran Turia. The complex comprises 14 buildings, which have 689 properties with areas ranging from 56 m² to 93 m²; 132 offices and store spaces from 69 m² to 2,000 m² and 1,436 parking spaces.

The building is held by Solvia, a real estate subsidiary of Banco Sabadell, and has been for sale since October 2013. (see related radar)

Varios fondos asiáticos han mostrado su interés por adquirir el complejo Ciudad Ros Casares, también conocido como Ciudad Gran Turia. Éste está compuesto por 14 edificios que cuentan con un total 689 inmuebles con superficies desde 56 m² hasta 93 m²; 132 oficinas y locales con superficies desde 69 m² hasta 2.000 m² y 1.436 plazas de aparcamiento.

El edificio es propiedad de Solvia, la inmobiliaria de Banco Sabadell, que lo puso a la venta en octubre de 2013 (ver radar relacionado).
