Artha Capital, firma de private equity maxicana, ha capitalizado su nuevo fondo de inversión con USD 200m, según ha informado Latin Lawyer en un artículo del 18 de mayo de 2015. El fondo estará especializado en la inversión en infraestructura energética en marcha en México, como resultado de la reciente reforma legislativa en el país del sector de la energía, que ahora está abierto a empresas de exploración de petróleo extranjero. BBVA Bancomer ha actuado como agente estructurador del fondo. |
